All surgeries include rabies and distemper vaccines.

ü      Sign-up for surgeries will be on a first come, first serve basis and must be done in person at MADACC (3839 W. Burnham St., West Milwaukee) before the surgery date.  All fees must be paid upfront and check-in form and surgery consent form completed at MADACC.  No refunds.

ü      All patients must be 12 weeks old and weigh at least 2 pounds.

ü      No food after 9 pm (water's okay) the night before for patients 5 months and
older.  Younger patients, as young as 12 weeks, should have a little
breakfast the morning of surgery.

ü      Dogs must be on a leash and cats in a carrier (one cat to a carrier except for litters of kittens).

ü      Pet drop-off at MADACC at 8:00 am and pick-up the same day at 5:00 pm.  Any pet not picked up by 6:00 pm the same day of surgery will be charged a $15 per day boarding fee.  If the pet is not picked up in 24 hours of surgery, it will constitute abandonment and the animal will become the property of MADACC.
